Scope

FAA Part 107 aerial roof inspection across a 24-unit apartment community, with high-resolution imagery for insurance documentation.

Challenge

Ground-level inspection could not safely or accurately assess wind and hail damage across steep, multi-building rooflines.

Solution

We flew a systematic aerial survey capturing high-resolution stills and video of every roof plane, flagged for damage.

Results

A complete visual damage report submitted directly to the property manager's insurance carrier, expediting the claim.
