Scope
Exterior repainting and touch-up of clubhouse and common-area buildings for a 60-unit HOA community.
Challenge
Work had to be phased around resident schedules and community events without disrupting daily life.
Solution
We built a phased schedule communicated in advance to the HOA board and residents, working section by section.
Results
A refreshed community exterior delivered on budget with zero resident complaints and a renewed maintenance contract.
