Scope
Complete tear-out and pour of a cracked 1,400 sq ft residential driveway, including new expansion joints and a broom-finish surface.
Challenge
The original slab had settled unevenly, causing standing water and structural cracking near the garage approach.
Solution
We excavated to proper grade, installed compacted base and rebar reinforcement, then poured and finished a new slab engineered for positive drainage.
Results
A driveway rated for decades of use, zero standing water after heavy rain, and a documented before/after report for the homeowner's records.
